Please call for current hourly and block rates. Fees are due when recording, mixing and mastering are completed. Some projects will require a 50% deposit or time payments. These details are worked out prior to the commencement of a project.

Important: Audio File Storage |
In this age of digital recording, audio file and session file storage have become a major issue for studio and clients. Due to this, EPS cannot guarantee the safe storage of these files.
It is necessary for every client to provide for digital file storage. There are several ways to do this.
- 1. Purchase a hard drive from EPS and request that we transfer your audio and session files to your new drive.
- 2. Purchase a blank compact disk from EPS and request files to be transferred to this.
We advise you then to take your hard drive or compact discs with you upon departure from the studio. You may leave the above items at EPS at your own risk if you so choose.
Audio and session file transfer time is free of charge during normal session time.

Payment and Booking |
A 50% deposit of the total time booked will be required to confirm all studio bookings. The deposit must be received ten days prior to the session. EPS reserves the right to waive such deposit requirement at its sole discretion. Studio bookings for which no deposit has been received by EPS shall be subject to change or cancellation should management so decide, without notice to the client.
Notice of a client's intention to cancel a session must be received by EPS no later than 48 hours (2 days) before such session. If notice is not received by EPS, the client shall be liable for the cost of one half of the time booked. The client's deposit as stated above may be applied by EPS in partial satisfaction of such liability. Sessions cancelled the same day of the scheduled session will be liable for the total cost of the booked time.
Payment in full for materials and fees is due and payable immediately following each session. EPS reserves the right to make other financial arrangements with its clients. Client(s) will pay all EPS's attorney's fees associated with financial collection processes for services rendered by EPS or materials purchased.
No recording material in EPS's possession shall be released to clients until all open accounts have been settled. Clients assume all risks associated with storing, on or off the premises of EPS Recording Ltd, or EPS's use of any and all sound recordings, video recordings, digital data in any storage format including but not limited to audio, video, midi, or other file types, or equipment of any kind or nature and indemnify EPS against any and all damage that might occur to said articles for any reason. In any event, EPS's liability shall be limited to the replacement cost of an unrecorded tape of comparable value. EPS's liability with respect to "downtime" of any and all studio sessions as a result of equipment malfunction or availability, personnel, hired musicians, acts of nature or public utility companies, etc., shall be limited solely to the studio time of such booked session; and client(s) agree to indemnify EPS from any and all damages from such "downtime".
EPS shall not be liable for unforeseen or consequential damage of any kind. Should EPS be unable to conduct a booked session for any reason, then EPS warrants that it shall re-book such cancelled booking at another time that is mutually available to EPS and the client.
Rates, policies, and equipment may change without displayed, written or verbal notice.
